Air Botswana operates a modern aircraft fleet, including the, European-built,  ATR 42-500 and  the larger ATR 72-500 turboprop.

ATR 42-500

ATR 42-500 offers a combination of exceptional overall performance and comfort unmatched in its class.

The cabin enhances the feeling of space with only 47 seats, clean flowing lines and careful attention to cabin lighting. An integrated handrail incorporated on the edge of the overhead storage bin for ease of movement along the cabin adds to the cabin's attractiveness.

A maintenance free, passive, advanced acoustic treatment enhances the travel environment, ensuring a passenger comfort equivalent to that of a jet aircraft.

ATR 72-500

Essentially a "stretched" version of the ATR 42, the ATR 72 seating capacity, in Air Botswana's configuration, is raised to 68.

Powered by upgraded PW127M engines with advanced six-bladed propellers, the larger aircraft maintains the strong passenger appeal of its smaller sister, but with greater operating efficiency and significantly improved fuel economy per seat.
